This slower paced running group meets in the South parking lot at Twin Lakes. This group is for beginning runners and walkers 10:30 pace and slower. The group does 3 one mile loops. As the summer progresses you have to option of adding more loops

If you are a slower pace runner and would like to run with a group there are a few of us that meet near Downtown Arlington Heights for a 5 mile loop on the streets.
